Returns Policy
At Amino Kings, we understand that things don’t always go to plan. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help — just get in touch and we’ll do our best to resolve it. The policy below covers our most common scenarios, but if your situation isn’t listed, don’t hesitate to reach out at info@aminokings.eu.
1. Items Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within two working days. Where damage is visible at the point of delivery, we recommend noting this on the carrier’s delivery documentation.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.
- Please email info@aminokings.eu before sending anything back, including a description of the damage and photos where possible.
- We must receive the damaged item within 30 days of purchase to process a refund or replacement.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
2. Faulty Items on Arrival If your item is faulty on arrival, please inform us within four calendar days. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Once the fault is verified, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- All returned items will be tested. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Please email info@aminokings.eu with details of the issue and any relevant photos before sending anything back. Items must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify.
3. Change of Mind Returns If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, we can accept a return provided:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- We are unable to accept returns on opened products, including cases where you dislike the flavour.
To return an item, notify us at info@aminokings.eu first. You then have seven calendar days from the date of notification to return the item at your own expense. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding our original shipping and handling costs.
Please note this policy does not apply to trade customers.
4. Incorrect Item Received If we’ve made an error and sent you the wrong item, we’re happy to put it right. To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unopened and in its original condition.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot exchange or refund opened products.
- Please contact us at info@aminokings.eu before returning anything.
5. Important Notes
- Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to health and safety regulations.
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if a product is returned in an unsuitable condition.
- Please ensure items are securely packaged before sending them back to avoid damage in transit.
6. Product Information & Manufacturer Claims We do not guarantee the effectiveness of any product sold on this site. Product descriptions are sourced from manufacturer information and we are not responsible for any claims made. We always encourage customers to reach out with any questions or concerns before purchasing.
7. Fraudulent Transactions Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
