Delivery Information
Amino Kings uses An Post and General Logistics Systems (GLS) to deliver your orders safely and reliably across Europe.
If a product or flavour is out of stock, we’ll get in touch to arrange a refund or offer you a suitable alternative.
Dispatch Times Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
Delivery Times & Carriers
Ireland & Northern Ireland 1–2 working days, delivered by An Post or GLS. — €5.99
United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) 3–7 working days, delivered by Parcel Force. — €9.99 Please be aware that delays may occur due to customs checks, and additional charges such as VAT, Customs Duty, and Admin Fees may apply upon arrival.
Rest of the E.U. Delivery times vary by country — please allow up to 10 days. Delivered by GLS. Shipping costs for EU orders depend on your country and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Notes
To give your parcel the best chance of being delivered on the first attempt, please make sure you:
- Provide an up-to-date mobile number and email address.
- Ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel — this can be you, a friend, a family member, or a trusted neighbour.
If you won’t be available, consider having your order delivered to your workplace instead. Any specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments box at checkout.
An Post Tracking & Redelivery
An Post will send a text message with delivery details to the phone number provided on your order. For tracking updates, visit the An Post tracking page at https://www.anpost.com/Commerce/Track/Search or contact An Post Customer Services on 01 705 7600 (press 0, 0, and 2). Webchat support is also available at https://www.anpost.com/Help-Support, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–2pm.
If you need to change your delivery address or arrange a redelivery, this can be done directly through An Post at https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Manage-Your-Post/Arrange-Redelivery. Please note that only you, as the parcel’s owner, can make changes to the delivery address.
Delivery Terms
Amino Kings reserves the right to adjust shipping costs if an incorrect option has been selected at checkout. If a UK or EU customer selects the wrong shipping rate, the correct amount will be applied during order processing.
We understand that delivery issues can occasionally arise. If your order arrives late, damaged, or not at all, we’ll make sure a replacement is arranged as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate. If incorrect details are supplied and we need to arrange a collection on your behalf, a €9.95 fee will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to sign for their parcel. Amino Kings, An Post, and GLS cannot be held liable for failed deliveries unless negligence can be proven.
Amino Kings reserves the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.
